On 19 September 2025, at about 5:40 p.m., elements of the Wouri Territorial Gendarmerie Regiment arrested two individuals aged 30 and 43 respectively.
GAROUA I GENDARMERIE COMPANY STEPS UP THE FIGHT AGAINST DRUG TRAFFICKING
At 4 a.m. on 7 September 2025, following a tip-off, elements of the Garoua I Gendarmerie Company carried out a sweep operation in the Laรฏnde and Sabongari-Ryad neighbourhoods. This sweep operation is in line with the fight against trafficking, consumption and sale of narcotics.

On 16 April 2024, between 06 and 08 a.m., elements of the Kondengui Gendarmerie Brigade raided the place called โMvog Atangana Mballaโ, resulting in the arrest of 04 young individuals aged 19, 21, 28 and 31, respectively.

In the afternoon of 27 February 2024, at about 5.40 p.m., precisely at Tegon in Yaounde, elements of the Mewoulou Gendarmerie Post arrested a counterfeiter who makes a living producing fake whiskies.
